Tomorrow, the 26th of June 2026, the pioneering musician and label owner Diane Arkenstone releases her new EP, The Soft Gravity of Letting Go. A leading figure in the early days of New Age music, Arkenstone has consistently expanded her sound, drawing on world music, Celtic traditions, and Native American influences, as well as electronic textures that highlight her distinctive vocals.
Through her label Neo Pacifica, she has curated and released a diverse range of projects for decades. Trained as an opera singer and recognized as a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Arkenstone has built a prolific career spanning over 55 albums and hundreds of millions of streams worldwide. Her collaborations include work with Enaid & Einalem, David Arkenstone, and producer Derek Nakamoto. Her music has been featured in partnerships with organizations such as the American Heart Association and Aura Health, the Apple-awarded mindfulness app. Beyond music, she runs a publishing company with a catalog of acclaimed children’s books, including her latest project, The Robe of Rainbow Feathers, available as a book, audiobook, and short film.
