French producers Kasztan and HAELIUM have joined forces to create their collaborative single ‘DOR’. The song, signed to Kasztan’s brand-new record label Stemina Recordings, offers listeners aspects of Anjunadeep signee and producer Braxton’s work. Kasztan’s label makes its debut with the release of ‘Dor’, and we will, in all likelihood, see Kasztan release more music under the imprint in the coming future.

Hailing from Nice, France, Kasztan got his start by playing in a post-rock band A Red Season Shade, which he created with his brother. M83’s Anthony Gonzalez requested that he play as a member of the live band for the Saturdays = Youth tour. Producer HAELIUM took a different approach: He underwent traditional piano training and committed himself to the study of music to hone his abilities.

The collaboration between the two producers happened by chance. Kasztan tells us how it came to be, saying, “the funny thing is, I discovered him as the guy who kept popping up as a similar artist on Spotify. We ended up meeting and becoming friends and composing this song together”.
