VIVA ACID HIGHLIGHTS CHICAGO’S ACID HOUSE SCENE WITH 4TH ANNUAL TALKS AND WORKSHOPS

This October, Viva Acid return with the fourth edition of their dynamic annual talks and workshop series, celebrating the vibrant musical culture of Chicago. It will take place from October 3rd – 6th at the Podlasie Club.

This year’s theme; “Transcending Scarcity to Build Resilient, Flourishing Ecosystems through Collective Creativity”, is all about fostering innovation and community. The event promises a dazzling array of talks, workshops, and discussions designed to spark creativity and growth. Discussion topics range from Maximising Reach to Marketing Authenticity, there will also be music production workshops. Industry icons such as Gene Farris, DJ Hyperactive, Radio Slave, and Glenn Underground will lead these sessions, offering their invaluable insights and expertise.

The festivities kick off on Thursday, October 3rd, with the premiere of Children of Acid, a compelling documentary exploring the past and future of Chicago’s acid house movement. Created by Viva Acid in collaboration with Baffe, this film is set to be a major highlight of the event.
